The following RV Service Log spreadsheet download is a MS Excel (.xlsx) spreadsheet that you can leverage and modify to capture and maintain what services and maintenance is preformed on your RV. This is a starting point and is meant for you to modify and update to address your needs.

This download is my Travel Prep Checklists I use 4 different lists in preparing for our travel/move days. I start preparing 24hrs prior to travel (T-24), it then goes to 12hrs prior to travel (T-12), then the morning of travel (T-0), followed by my Hitching Checklist. I feel it is critical to leverage the checklists as we all know we get distracted for all kinds of reasons, keeping and using checklists will keep you on track and ensure you do not miss any steps along the way. Some items will be redundant and it is intentional for safety reasons. Not all the items on my list will apply to you and your rig, you should modify the lists to meet your specific needs and requirements. I have two versions of the Checklists in PDF and MS Word formats, hopefully you can import one of them into your device without having to retype all the items and modify them to suite your needs. We hope you find them helpful and that they get you thinking of the items you will need to do in preparing for safe travels to your next adventure.
