Our tank cleaning process is 100% environmentally safe, utilizing specialized equipment and connections that keep the workspace and your camp site clean. We preform all services from the outside of your RV, working from the bottom up. The only time we will need access to the inside of your rig is to validate that the sensors are reading correctly or if we are servicing a clog or blocked line.
Our service does require that your RV be located at a site with full hookups (electric (50amp, 30amp or 20amp), water and septic). Also, if you have a macerating pump we may or may not be able to provide tank cleaning services. We will work with you to determine what type of macerating pump you have and if services can be provided.
The biggest thing to do is plan for your water use on the day of service. You will not be able to use the water and wastewater systems in your RV during the service time. You will want to do the following in preparation for your tank cleaning service.
- Dump all holding tanks (black, gray, and gally) no more than 1hr before the scheduled service time. (NOTE: Do not use your systems after you have dumped the tanks.). Do this as close to the service time as possible as to cause as little disruption to your use of the systems prior to service.
- Use the same process you normally do (dump/flush as many times as you do) and close all your holding tank gate valves when done.
- Do not treat your tanks – there is no need for this we will discuss proper treatment and products at the time of the service.
- If your slide outs are over or very close to the septic drain connection, we will ask that you bring them in for clear access to the work area.
That’s it, nothing special to do, just do what you normally do. We will take care of the rest and get your tanks back to a like new state.
