Our Registered RV Service Technician, will provide One-On-One time with you. Showing you what needs to be done and what are you looking for, how to do it and what you will need, and how often each item should be done. Additionally, as you are working with your service technician, he will also be going over life and safety items and observations he makes as he conducts his services.
This service package is designed as an educational/informational service as much as it is a maintenance service. We dedicate 3 full days (5 to 8hrs (depending on the RV configuration and options) + the Service Report) to you and this service offering. We strive to make all RVers well informed, responsible RVers. Yes, we all have access to tons of information on the internet, it is not always clear what is the correct information on the way to do things, when to do them, etc. Why not have a Registered RV Service Technician dedicated to addressing your concerns, answering your questions, showing you all the things that you need to do (or have done). Or maybe you just want to validate that what you are doing is the proper way to do it and provide that piece of mind that your rig is ready for the road ahead.
For the new to RVing clients this service will give you all the information you need, to properly use and care for the systems in your new/new to you RV. We will also discuss how you intend on using your RV. What do you need to understand to facilitate that (example: You may want to try boondocking. What are your power consumption needs? Do you have the onboard power capacity you will need?). What life/safety items you may want to consider and why.
